Initiate Your Return
Log into your Sam Moon account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
